All of our jewelry is handmade.  As a result, there will be minor color variations on stones and oxidized pieces. In addition, all of our pearls are stained in Turkish tea, so the darkness of the pearls also will vary. We see these variations as our jewelry’s mark of distinction and hope that you agree.  This is not cookie cutter jewelry!
We stand by our product and its quality 100%.  If you have any concerns or complaints, let us know and we will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction.

You have seven days post delivery to notify us that you would like to return an order for any reason. Refunds will be transacted when we receive the order back in its original condition. Please contact us by phone or e-mail and a Return Authorization number will be provided to you.
